HVAC Warehouse Associate

  • Laurel, DE

You're someone who wants to do work you're actually proud of. You're dependable. You're organized. You like knowing where things are and making sure they're where they're supposed to be. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder to tell you what needs to be done—you see it, own it, and get it done.

Maybe you've worked in a warehouse or fast-paced environment where you were constantly scrambling, things weren't organized, and you were expected to figure everything out without the tools or support you needed. That's not what we're trying to build here.

We want a warehouse team that is organized, prepared, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

You'll play a critical role in making sure our installers and service technicians have the equipment, parts, tools, and materials they need to succeed. That means your work directly impacts our customers, our field teams, and the growth of the company.

If you're motivated, willing to learn, take ownership of your work, and want to be part of a team that values dependability, adaptability, respect, communication, and a mindset to win, there's an opportunity here to build something real.

If you're looking for a place where your work matters and where you can grow as the company grows, we'd like to meet you.

Integrity Heating & Air is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated HVAC Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

This isn't just a job where you move boxes around. The warehouse is the heartbeat of our operation. When the right equipment, parts, and materials are ready when our installers and service technicians need them, jobs run smoothly, customers are taken care of, and the entire team wins.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the person others can count on—someone who notices what needs to be done, keeps things organized, takes ownership, and understands that doing the little things right makes a big difference.

Integrity Heating & Air is a locally owned HVAC company focused on residential systems, with a strong emphasis on high-quality installations and long-term customer care through a yearly service membership program. As the company grows across Delaware and into Maryland, the foundation stays the same—a service mindset that shows up in how the team treats customers and each other. The owner leads with clear expectations: be dependable, stay adaptable, communicate with respect, and bring a mindset to win. It’s a team that takes pride in serving the community and doing the job right the first time.
